SHIPPING POLICY

Items on pre-order will be shipped after the date listed for each back-ordered item.

Processing time to shipping is currently 1-3 business days.

We are a small batch company and crafting each batch will be done on an as-needed basis.

Your orders will be shipped out at the USPS for a $5 shipment fee.

Shipping costs or any applicable taxes are not included in the pricing totals per item.

Delivery time not guaranteed to Alaska and Hawaii.

We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. Once items are handed over, they are now in the hands of the postal service. Please contact your post office if you have any issues, questions, or believe your mail has been lost in transit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, at this time, there are no refund/exchanges unless: Damaged from our end or wrong item sent..

All sale are final unless the wrong item was sent by my mistake or the item was damaged from/by my end. No exceptions.

Product photos are a good representation of what to expect but can vary slightly based on batch #.

You may request a cancellation of your order before the label is made, however, if the label has been made and the package is in transit, refunds will not be available.

Damaged/Lost/Stolen Packages: If you have still not received your order within 2 weeks of shipment, please file a lost package claim with USPS to locate your order. If your package was marked delivered but it’s not at your address please wait two business days & check with roommates/family/neighbors. If you still can not locate your package and you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen in shipment please contact your local post office and open a claim. We unfortunately are unable to do that for you in order for you to receive your order. Please contact your post office in less than 15 business days after the estimated delivery date to file a claim.
